Starting out as a qualified carpenter, I progressed through the ranks to become a Site Foreman, and for the past 12 years, I’ve worked as a Senior Project Manager in one of Taranaki’s leading construction firms.
I’m a Licensed Building Practitioner (Site 2) and fully committed to the highest standards of workmanship, compliance, and client service.
With MAINTAIN, I bring that same level of professional oversight and industry expertise to every job, large or small.
Unfortunately, I’ve seen what happens when regular maintenance is not implemented, or where unqualified people try to do the work themselves; it ultimately devalues the asset, invalidates warranties, and ends up costing the owner a lot more to remedy.
